Activity Plan: Introduction + Kahoot!

📌 Objective:

• Ensure participants read and discuss key concepts before answering Kahoot! questions.

• Reinforce understanding of what defines a high-functioning team.

Step 1: Grouping Participants (2 min)

• Use playing cards to form small teams (e.g., all 5s together, all Kings together).

• Have each team sit together at tables or in clusters.

Step 2: Reading the Handout Sections (5-7 min)

• Distribute the "Introduction" and "Definition of a High-Functioning Team" sections.

• Each team reads the sections together (silently or aloud).

• Encourage teams to underline or highlight key points.

Step 3: Team Discussion (5 min)

• In their groups, participants come up with the TOP 5 THINGS to know about this handout.
