Find Your Card Game (Introduction and discussion)

Objective:

• Introduce participants to teamwork dynamics in a hands-on way.

• Highlight the importance of cooperation and shared goals.

Setup:

• Each participant receives one playing card (random suit/rank).

• A second deck is shuffled and scattered around the room.

Instructions:

1. Round 1 (Solo Search, No Teamwork)

   • Participants search alone for the card that matches theirs.

   • Most will struggle to find their exact match quickly.

2. Round 2 (Teamwork Activated)

   • Now, participants can call out found cards to help others.

   • This quickly demonstrates the power of teamwork.
